Never skip the First Meal

Like breakfast, Suhour is the first meal of the day in Ramadan. This meal will help your body stay hydrated until Iftar time. Also, it will help you avoid overeating at Iftar time. Make sure your suhour meal consists of foods high in fiber, carbohydrates, and protein.

Eat fruits and vegetables

Fresh fruits and vegetables make a great snack. In fact, they are a great alternative to the junk food that we consume on a regular basis. Ideally, opt for fruits and vegetables that are full of water, such as squash, zucchini, melons, and cucumbers, to name a few.

Not having processed foods

It’s a good idea to stay away from processed foods like white flour and sugar. They contain a small amount of nutrients and a lot of fat.
