The pros and cons of an automatic tanning booth

One of the many advantages of using a spray tanning booth is the instant tanning effect that you can achieve within a few hours of use. This type of spray tan offers a very precise mist that provides very even coverage without blemishes. Unlike a manual airbrush system where a technician is required, this spray booth is automated.

The cabin combines privacy with warm air that warms and dries the skin at the same time. This quick method offers head-to-toe coverage without streaks. The main ingredient used is dha. It is actually a colorless sugar that interacts with dead skin cells and changes skin color depending on the concentration of dha used.

This is totally safe and is FDA approved. A great alternative for people who cannot use the traditional uv tanning method for one reason or another. Spray tanning requires just one session to get up to 3-5 shades darker and is ideal for people with limited time or who need a tan for a special occasion. Traditional UV tanning requires multiple sessions and may cost you more to get the same results. The sunless method is quick and lasts just as long if properly maintained.

Instant bronzers can be added to the mix to give you an instant tan right away. It usually takes 6-8 hours for the dha to kick in, so by adding this product you don’t have to wait for the full effect. The tan will last about the same time as a traditional tan and will fade naturally without streaks or streaks. Proper maintenance of your spray tan will increase its lifespan by up to 7-10 days if you exfoliate before and maintain hydration after.

Some of the downsides to using this spray tanning booth is that some people feel claustrophobic. Some people do not apply the barrier cream to their hands and feet, knees and elbows correctly before the session and end up with dark marks in these areas. That is why you should always follow the instructions before starting your session. Another disadvantage is that you cannot swim or sweat from exercise for at least 8-10 hours after application. The product needs time to slowly activate and will flake off if it gets wet within the required period of time.

Remember that the longer the active ingredient in the spray tan has to work, the better your result will be, so make sure you give it the minimum time necessary before any activity or shower.
