The list goes on and on … ‘Gurus’ will unleash the magic of their sacred diet that they swear on all others. One will preach eating one large meal a day and the other eating 6 small meals a day. The problem is that they say it for all the wrong reasons. They preach on their “secret foods to burn fat” Y “window fat loss times ” no evidence to back it up. They claim that his manipulation of hormones like insulin is the reason behind his fat loss. And they tell you that everything will be revealed if you just buy their meal plan. It seems very convenient. I’m tired of this nonsense and people’s blatant deception. Your diet may be successful, but these reasons are not the cause. The reality is that all successful fat loss diets have something in common. Are you ready?

The person must be in a calorie deficit for an extended period of time.

There I said it. Yes, you heard me right. It’s the calories that go in versus the calories that go out. Don’t eat carbs after 6pm or anything else absurd. If your mind is fine, buckle up.
