Samsung’s latest low-cost Android 4.0 tablet

Without any controversy, technology is the vehicle that transports man to another level of life. He has discovered better ways of personal and organizational management, removing the sweat of work. From portable personal computers, all products now look slimmer and more versatile.

Most notably, Apple Company’s infusion of the iPad set the tone for a round of technological ingenuity from other giant tech companies like Samsung. Recently, precisely on February 13, 2012, when most of the people around the world were preparing to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Samsung announced the availability of the new low-cost Android 4.0 tablet. With a resolution of 1024 by 600 megapixels, a 1 GHZ dual-core processor and a prominent 7-inch screen for viewing pleasure, it turns out to be Samsung’s latest advantage in its range of tablets.

In addition, the Android system also has a dual-function version, which can pass as a phone and also as a navigation pan. This version is based on 3G and employs the use of high-speed packet access to keep consumers versatile. As for the thickness, the system is just 10.5 millimeters, and it weighs 344 grams. Those measurements make the low-cost Android 4.0 tablet slightly smaller than the iPad 2. It also has a built-in 8G-32G MicroSD card storage port. The battery is designed to last 39 hours, with a battery power of 4000 mAh.

However, consumers are turning their skin inside out in rage at a product that has barely touched the ground. Torn when comparison is allowed to similar products like the Asus ME370T, which uses the all-important Asus Transformer, Samsung’s “low-cost” Android 4.0 tablet, which costs a whopping $350, could probably suffocate in the sea of competition. Consumers have already declared the need for “Sammy” to break the price wings if they want to see any form of sponsorship. While Samsung may have a reserve of answers as to why that price tag applies to its latest creation, considering an already dense market, the fact remains that customer feedback is what counts for the success or failure of any product.

With this information in mind, you can do your online search for similar products from other giant manufacturers to compare prices before making a purchase. We all love to see “Sammy” make a good application of technology to achieve a global village; however, that will never be achieved if we are made to pay through the nose.
