Many Mexican dishes have beans, whether they are refried or not. You will also find them in many casserole dishes.

Meat extracts are also on the list of foods not to eat with gout that people don’t really think about. This would include sauces, broth, and ingots. Anything with beef broth (one of the most common) should be avoided. This will add a whole new level of risks that you may not have thought of. If you need broth or sauce on your plate, choose chicken over beef. Turkey would also be a better option than beef. This means that you can’t really eat the meat stew, even if you don’t eat the pieces of meat in it. This might make things a bit difficult for those who really need to stick to this diet, but it could make a big difference.
