Female ejaculation, is it real or maybe just a golden shower? I have asked many men, of all ages, if they have ever had a partner who ejaculates when he has an orgasm. I have found that more men in their 20s are likely to say yes and that mature men in their 40s are less likely to have experienced female ejaculation with their partner. Most men will say that they have only seen female ejaculation when they have seen a porn movie.

There is much controversy surrounding female ejaculation, however female ejaculation is real and with practice, all women can experience an intense and emotional full-body orgasm with ejaculation.

Does a woman have the sexual anatomy to ejaculate?

At human conception and up to eight weeks of gestation, all human fetal development, male and female, begins life with female genital characteristics. At eight weeks gestation, the Y chromosome of the male fetus is activated and begins to produce its own male hormones and male genital characteristics. Only then does the physical development of the male and female fetus change.

This means that the tissue that awakens at eight weeks’ gestation in the male prostate gland is already present in the female fetus. Does it make sense now that the female anatomy also has a prostate gland? Female ejaculation is not urine. FE is actually close to the exact chemical composition as prostatic fluid; minus the sperm. The female prostate is also known as the female G-spot.

Each woman can ejaculate, in small or large quantities, and open to PE at her own pace. It is recommended that adult females learn to ejaculate on their own at first. Once a woman has successfully ejaculated on her own, she will be more successful when ejaculating with a partner. These are some of the reasons why a woman may have a hard time learning to ejaculate.

(a) A strong PC muscle. A woman cannot ejaculate if she has weak PC muscles. The PC muscle is a long muscle that supports the pelvic floor between the pubic bone and the coccyx. A loose vagina is not a sign that a woman has slept, it just means that her PC muscles are weak from lack of exercise. Successful female ejaculation will not be achieved until your PC muscles are tense and strengthened. If your vagina feels loose during intercourse, it is a sure sign that you need to do exercises for your PC muscles.

(b) Your attitude towards ejaculation. Letting go and allowing the body to ejaculate is very difficult for most women to master. A woman will have difficulty ejaculating if she is afraid to urinate on her partner or if she is not sure that her partner will be able to enjoy the experience.

(c) Deep-seated sexual problems. Awakening the G-spot can bring a woman all kinds of emotional problems. It is not uncommon for a woman to shut down abruptly once she begins to learn to open up to female ejaculation. Past negative messages and sexual assault can shut down a woman’s ability to express emotions, love, and intimacy, making it difficult for her to allow her body to open up, surrender, and trust sexually.

It may take some practice to learn how to provoke and excite the female prostate and vagina to awaken the female body to the experience of vaginal orgasms that are accompanied by female ejaculation. G-spot and vagina orgasms are not as common as clitoral orgasms, so it may take patience to find and connect to the G-spot.

Slow foreplay is best for allowing the female body to relax into a slow, provocative build. Ladies, breathe slowly and deeply and give your body permission to succumb to pleasure. Some clitoral stimulation is fine; however, the main focus should be on stimulating and awakening the female g-spot. Practice makes perfect, be gentle with yourself if your G-spot is slow to awaken to pleasure and remember that every woman’s body awakens to female ejaculation and more pleasure at her own pace.
