Do I need to be a certain age to take the P90X?

I’ve seen this question discussed over and over again and kids didn’t get an honest answer. Yes, there is a cut-off age below which it is not wise to start exercising at such an extreme level because their bodies are still developing and their muscles can only grow normally if they train normally. Your bones are also subject to this.

If you are asking what is the perfect one to start the P90X weight loss program, I would say around 19-20 years of age. He did such training when he was still playing professional basketball. I was around 17 years old and now I am paying the price. My back hurts, I’m fat, and I probably couldn’t get through a day of the P90X workout DVD. So unless you want to be like me, have a little patience and keep in mind that there are plenty of other things you can do to keep fit until you can get close to the extreme power program.

I really think they should tell the younger kids about this.
