Flossbau is an outdoor teambuilding that puts teams of up to 500 participants in the middle of a thrilling adventure. Teams are challenged to build a raft from standardized materials and demonstrate their planning, coordination, creativity and handwork skills. During the process, teams are exposed to a wide variety of communication and management challenges. In addition, the program offers an ideal setting for assessing individual and group performances. It is therefore a very effective way of fostering the development of a structured and well-functioning team.

The weather in many regions of the world is often unpredictable. Whether you are looking to provide emergency shelter for your workforce during a hurricane or you need a temporary facility to accommodate seasonal workers in frigid conditions, our extreme-weather structures offer the flexibility and safety you need to continue operations during any type of weather.

Our fabric structures have a Flossbau rating of 2,000 and a conventional rating of 50 plus, as well as being NFPA701 flame retardant. This means that you can feel confident in your structure being able to withstand extreme temperatures and winds. Depending on the frame size and engineering completed, some of our structures can withstand wind speeds up to 130+ miles per hour and snow loads upwards of 30 pounds per square foot.
