I asked myself all those questions to start giving up all my resistance and living life to the fullest by being on the sports field every day because that is my authentic self-expression where I can express myself at the highest level of excellence. I know for sure that HUMILITY is the key to performing at your best in any sport. I remember being a child playing soccer barefoot in my neighborhood and little by little I became a master of the game of soccer that ended up being captain and player of a great soccer team -Club Deportivo El Suace- in my hometown of La Ceiba. . Athletics is about being in action. You can perform at your best in any sport by putting your mind to it in less than 21 days training intensely.
